How to backup/restore email using outlook ?

Step:1 Click on Open & Export Option then Click on  Import/Export Option.

Step:2  Now Click on “Export to a file” Option and Click Next.

Step:3 Now select a destination path for exporting to a file.

Step:4 Now select the file type option 

Step:5 Now, select “Replace a duplicates with items exported”.

Step:6 Put a password for data file if you want  .

Step 7 : For Restore emails click Account Settings.

Step 8 : choose data type option.

Step:9 Select file path and Click Ok .
