If you want to clear the cache on your VPS, you may do so by restarting the PHP-FPM (PHP-FastCGI Process Manager) service, which we’ll go over here. In the event of a server-wide issue that causes websites to display the 500 Internal Server Error or a change in the PHP version, you may need to restart the service after activating PHP-FPM in WHM.
1. Login as root into WHM.

2. Search for Restart service .

3. Then Click on PHP-FPM service for Apache under restart service section.

4. It will show restart option Then click on “yes” to restart php-fpm
